We'll start at the main highway station near the Saint George Public Garden in Bsharri and head to Mary Haskell Square and the Gibran Khalil Gibran Museum via Saint Saba Square. Our coffee break awaits at Cafe Trottoir, owned by Toni Rahme, an immigrant from Bsharri who left for Australia to escape poverty but was drawn back by Bsharri's charm. Next, we'll visit the fossil museum and Our Lady Church. We'll then journey along al Dahra Street and Gibran Street, concluding our tour with the breathtaking view at Saint George Public Garden.
North-eastern journey
Beginning at the Bsharri main station, we'll pass through Hadchit (Hadach), meaning the new moon. We'll navigate Blawza's winding roads to reach Ban, where we'll take a coffee break at Saint George Main Square. Continuing through Kfarzghab, we'll visit a traditional Arabic sweets shop before concluding our journey at the historic Saint Sarkis Monastery in Ehden.
South-easter journey
This extensive journey kicks off in Bsharri and leads us through the historic streets of Bkerqacha. We'll follow the path of the Ayn Malek stream, the source of the freshest sweet water in the region. Our route takes us past the charming Hasroun village, often called the "rose of the mountain." Here, we'll savor a traditional Lebanese coffee at the renowned Laba Tawil, known for their warm "ya ahla w sahla" welcome.
